It has been a while since I last sent out a mail out. I have been so busy with moving and settling into the hotel way of life at Hotel de Vie. Digipole has been put on hold until the New Year because of this, but I hope to have it up and running soon.

The Purity Christmas Showcase will be held at Hotel de Vie on Sunday 5th December 2010. Through word of mouth and Facebook most of the spaces are gone, those ones left are for the performers guests. Please let me know if you would like to come and I can put you on the reserve list in case anyone can't make it. I will be dancing at Synthetic Culture on Boxing Day, this was the rock night I used to dance at years ago at Egg, Kings Cross, they have now made the night more regular. Details can be found on Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/joleneparlour#!/event.php?eid=123345441049359

Suze has now taken over the Tuesday nights at the Purity Studio in Reading, as well as the Intermediate class she is also looking at doing a Core and Stretch type class in the New Year.

For those of you who do lessons in Reading you have had the opportunity to do catch up classes if you can't make one of your regular classes. These are the things you need to know about organising a catch up class:

• At least 24 hours notice must be given
• All catch up classes are subject to availability and not guaranteed as it's not part of the booking policy
• Once booked a catch up class can't be moved
• It can only be taken on the week you can't attend or the week before and after
• You can arrange one catch up class max per booking

Please note there are no classes on Bank Holidays. Please see your location for the Christmas Holiday dates, all bookings are extended to cover this.

Reading (Tues/Weds/Thurs):

Last Class - 16th December 2010 - First class back - 5th January 2011 Some spaces available on Beginners and Intermediates.

Camberley (Mon):

Last Class - 13th December 2010 - First class back - 10th January 2011 We are looking to create an extra Intermediate class very soon at 8.30pm as the 7.30pm one is fully booked. Beginners will be moving to a new time of 6.30pm.

Wraysbury (Mon):

Last Class - 13th December 2010 - First class back - 10th January 2011 New Beginner class starting on Monday 29th November 2010, there are some spaces on the Intermediate classes.

West Byfleet (Mon/Weds):

Last Class - 15th December 2010 - First class back - 6th January 2011 Beginners will be starting on 5th January 2011, there are a few spaces on Intermediates.

Godalming (Tues):

Last Class - 14th December 2010 - First class back - 5th January 2011 Beginner spaces are now available for 8.30pm on Tuesday 4th January 2011, also a couple of Intermediate spaces are available for 7.30pm.

Please note that with all Purity classes they are lessons rather than pole jams, which means you must follow the teachers instruction rather than swapping moves with each other. We believe this is the safest way to run classes, especially as all the teachers have been trained on how to teach moves safely and can work out if you are ready for certain moves. If you see someone doing a new move and would like to give it a go then by all means ask your teacher, I'm sure they will be happy to teach it to you, or give you advice on what moves will get you ready for it.
